Inspection/Repair/Replace

The entire roof is inspected for rusty sheets, loose nails & damaged valley irons.

Minor roofing repairs are carried out where necessary. Valley iron/sheet replacement if necessary.  Application of rust inhibitor to surface rust etc.

 

Cleaning

The metal roof / colorbond roof is high pressure washed and gutters are cleaned out.

Primer/Sealant

Application of a specialist corrosion control sealant primer. System options are available for galvanised, zincalume or pre-coated metal and colorbond roofs.

Roof Membrane Colour

A two-coat application of roof membrane paint is applied by airless spray machine which encapsulates the surface, offering barrier protection to the surface of your roof. Roof membrane coatings are available in an extensive range of traditional & modern colours, heat reflective coatings & specialist roof membrane coatings for all roof types.
